Since its formation in 2004, Cooper Limon has been at the vanguard in the development of practical tools for supporting General Partners and their portfolio leaders as they engage with the leadership aspects which arise across the PE investment cycle.

As part of our ongoing commitment to thought leadership in this area, we have been working with Warwick Business School, DWS and MJ Hudson to conduct one of the first pieces of research to look at the lived experience of PE practices. There has arguably never been a more important time to appreciate the ‘human side’ of PE so we are delighted to announce that the results of the research have now been published, with a foreword by Neil MacDougall, Chair of the BVCA.
